LEGAL STUFF
You (hereinafter, the “Client”) acknowledge, understand, and agree that GASTON PARTY KIDS RENTAL (hereinafter, the “Booking Agent”) acts solely as the booking agent for the rented equipment and service that the Client hereby requests. The Client further understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, as such, the Booking Agent will act as a liaison establishing the connection with the service provider (hereinafter, the “Service Provider”) who has agreed in advance with the Booking Agent to provide the requested rental equipment and services at the prices previously quoted or listed on the Booking Agent’s website (including promotional discounts).
While the Booking Agent will act as the liaison between the Customer and the Service Provider, the Customer understands and agrees that the Customer will be contracting for the Service Provider's services, equipment rentals, and the actual services that the Service Provider will provide to the Customer, and the Booking Agent is only facilitating that relationship. The Customer agrees and will hold the Booking Agent harmless from any and all claims for injuries, damages, or losses of any nature or kind that the Customer may suffer and that may be caused by the rental equipment or the services provided to the Customer by the Service Provider. The Customer's sole remedy, if any, shall be solely against the Service Provider. If the Service Provider fails to deliver the requested equipment and/or services to the Customer as agreed, the Customer understands and agrees that, as far as the Booking Agent is concerned, the Customer's sole remedy against the Booking Agent shall be a full refund of all monies paid by the Customer to the Booking Agent.
SETUP & DELIVERY
Delivery: we deliver to Broward County and Surrounding areas (delivery FEES calculated at checkout.
Rain Policy: you can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hours notice is given.
Occupancy: a maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slices is what most inflatable manufactures recommend.
Cleaning: all units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
Wha'ts included: extension cord, blower, safety stakes to secure to ground. NOTE: sandbags can be provided for setups where stakes cannot be used (Additional Cost).
What you'll need: enough spacez, electric outlet within 100 feet of setup area, watersource if renting a water slide.
Parks: restrictions and / or requeriments might change depending on the park.
City parks: require a generator (not included with the bounce house, it should be added to the cart).
Broward County Parks: require a generator and an attendant 9not included with the bounce house, it should be added to the cart).
